I don't think being thin is so-called good figure

Today when I went home. I took the lifts and there were some women inside the lift already. Suddenly one said to me that she envied I had a good figure. Oh... I felt so embarrassed at that time. I told her that I was thin and this is not a good figure. But it seems that women tend to lose weights all the time but I think it is wrong. I always want to pull on more weights so that I will not be so skinny.

I think being skinny is ok, as long as you don't feel any health problems because of it.

@youless eventually, when you're much older, your metabolism will slow down and you will notice that you're getting heavier. however, there are a few lucky people who stayed slim until their senior years.
