Consequences of staying up late.

I hate to stay up late. The next morning, I would feel tired, stress, headaches. I would get up late. Therefore, my daughter woke up late under. We will not be prepared in time to go to school. I will be frustrating and can scold or beaten my daughter. My husband like me. If he stayed up late, he will encounter the same situation as I am the next morning. He can not help me anythings. Staying up late is really not good for health and spirit. Do you think so?

That is true . Staying up late will consequently make us late too in going to the office , to school and appointments . Besides one feels lethargic the next day when you wake up.

Yes, that's right. I think that the consequences will be more severe if we stay up late for a long time.

@tkonlinevn well ideally it is not a good practice but there are situation where one needs to be up late. The bottomline is one should not fall a prey of sleep deprived habits as it will adversely impact health.

I have terrible insomnia so staying up late is what I do all the time. I did it while in school and it is not easy but I got used to it. Hopefully you can get some good rest!

I can't not get used to it. I usually feel dog-tired after a night staying up late.

@tkonlinevn Some people it is not really in their system! Some people can become accustomed to it easily. It is rather odd haha

i used to stay up late last 3 years when i work at the architecture design institute .and i got a bad health . Under pressure, i decided to quit office and get a light-hearted job here.
