OMG!!! 2 kilos....

I have gained 2 kilos from days.... Ohhh... Its too much...
Because of too much oily foods I had these 2 days. I was 55.5kg before ai went RIU, but now when Im checking its 57.4kg... Im really worried...
Have to increase my Green Tea potion asap or else I have to diet...... :(

The best diet is to eat with moderation and variety. Lots of vegetables and fruit, but also protein and other nutrients

Avoid sweets and oil food. Do gym on morning. Dont sleep after eating.

Mmm. I dont like sweets much. Yeah have to reduce oil. No need to go to gym. 4 machines at home...lol.. But I dont use them...hahaha

From what I see it's not 2 kg but merely 1.9 kg.....

Just a little bit of added weight. Nothing to worry about if you get it off now. If it was 5 or 10 pounds that would be different. Good luck with the green tea.

That is not a whole lot of extra weight. You should be able to drop that quite quickly.

Many of us (human) complaining for eating too much instead of being grateful for the full stomach we have today.
