Chicken, green sauce and tortillas!

I left my job at 1:00 p. m. and then on my way back to my regular premises, I stopped by a restaurant and ate chicken a stew and rice with green sauce and tortillas, plus a glass of flavored water.
The food was a little heavy, but it was good for my system. If I keep eating like this everyday, I will gain some weight easily, which is not my intention.
Do you control your eating habits?

Hi my friend! Yes, I do control it. I have read that too much rice or ice cream is not good. It will make us have big belly. It is a good thing to drink a lot of water too. Softdrinks are not good too. I think I just drink sodas once or twice a month. Sometimes I don't drink sodas at all.

@quantum2020 That is good for you. How much rice do you eat? I can eat up to 2 plates of rice before.

@annierose I can eat rice in a variety of foods. Is not a whole plate, just a small ration

I have eaten rice regularly for the past thee years and I haven' t accumulated any belly at all.
I prefer pure drinking water rather than sodas. Fruit is also a priority in my distribución

@quantum2020 I love rice. But you can change that to frijoles refritos and would eat more protein and less carbs.

It´s a good practice to skip some foods that are not good for ones system. Rice is one of my preferred foods

@marguicha That is true. I like refried beans too. They cannot be left out from my diet.

Yes!!!!! specially when I feel fat, I always want to maintain my weight. I don't want to feel heavy while walking or running. I always want my body to feel light and walk a few feet that makes me feel good. But I cannot stop my self from eating instant noodles (which I know is very bad).

Even though I´m slim, I try to control body weight. It helps me feel good and light too

It depends on one´s own habits. Some prefer keeping a habit some don´t; however, everyone is happy
