This quite weird method of collecting money which may surprise everyone. During the War with Iraq and Afghanistan finding the shortage of troops, the California National Guard introduced the method of allurement with a handsome payment of $15000 and also , even more, to reenlist and go to war. Now after a decade the Government is insisting on payment of the above enlistment bonus back. The soldiers are totally frustrated with the above action of the Government
