If the photo come up you see the floppy disk
I still have just found them from cleaning my room.for people who do not what floppy disk are it did the job of what flash drive memory stick do today. What do I have on my floppy disk
What else stories and photos. I m going to see if I can find a old computer if it works so I open my floppy disk and get the photos up I should be able to use a USB cord to do it. With photos I can use phone camera and take from the computer screen.

I have always been a great fan of the humble floppy disk. They only had a capacity of 1.44 Mb, but that still holds a fair number of documents or spreadsheets.
I still have several disks and even an unused floppy drive, but sadly modern motherboards do not have a floppy controller.

@eagletrek2 It will be a long while before CD ROMs disappear because they support SATA, so will last until a new interface is developed.

@eagletrek2 I know. But I personally have not used one of those in many years. I rely on the cloud these days.

It would be great if you could get everything off the, and save them on a flash drive. I have a lot of those disks around too .
