Can Deceased People Call You on the Phone?

I've never had anything like that happen, but dreams can be rather strange at times. I have dreamed more times than I can count about my mom; talking to her and walking with her.

Honestly I find it creepy. But then again, I am such a scaredy cat that it really doesn't take a lot to scare me. Maybe the person is needing some prayers or just popping in to say hi and he has not forgotten you? If the dream does not scare you or make you feel bad, then maybe its just an old friend's way of saying that he watches over you.

I don't know if they can call on a phone or not, but I had a dream about someone who passed away 30 years ago, strange!

scientifically, they say that you miss the person too much. therefore you dreamt of him. paranormally, i somehow believe it can happen. but since it is paranormal, how to prove?

I would say "Nope" but then again I have heard of such instances that happened. Like my Mom used to hear my uncle who have passed recently (at that time) call out to her often. It continued 2-3 months after he passed away. Grandma also had such experience with the same uncle 4 days after he passed away. The day he passed away and he was brought home for the last rites, it was already late in the evening and we had relatives living far away who wanted to pay respects and say goodbye. So, the body was there overnight. Next day he was cremated in the late afternoon. That day I am not sure what I saw but I remember a quick flash of him walking past the bathroom door. I was in my twenties. That scared me something fierce and I fell ill with fever. I don't know what was with him or around him but he appeared or made his presence known to several family members over a period of time. I don't want to believe it but can't not believe it either!
