Kept Target but closed Fingerhut

So I got approved for Target credit card and now I am trying to figure out my monthly payments like my Walmart credit card has. Like would my minimum payment be $25 or $35 like Walmart has or what? I am not finding answers. I closed my Fingerhut account because I never use it so that will help. Might have to wait til my Target credit card gets here to sign in to ask the questions live since I am getting nowhere. I know I can afford this card because my husband and I were talking about it last night. Easier to pay. Well, gotta go for now. Later!

It's $25 right now. Seems like several have been raising their minimums recently, though, so watch your mail in case they send you a notice. You'll probably see your credit score drop a bit because you closed Fingerhut and don't have that line of credit available anymore.

Awesome thank you. Ok thank you. I dropped Fingerhut because we decided we don't want to use it. Plus Target and Walmart are in our city.

@carebear29 I don't blame you for dropping Fingerhut. They're pretty bad. I have an account there just to have the available line of credit. I've heard that it only takes a few on time payments to get them to increase your limit, but I just can't stomach paying their prices, shipping, and high interest rates.

Id be careful with store cars, their interest rates are always through the flipping roof.

I like Target, nice variety there. So it sounds like a good card to have. I don't have any store cards, so can't answer for you. Surely Target would have a doable minimum.
