Michael David Smith reports the news on Tuesday former Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers running back Knile Davis was picked up by the New York Jets. The Jets have added Davis to join Bilal Powell and Matt Forte as part of their running back team. Davis was traded by the Kansas City Chiefs to the Green Bay Packers on October 18, 2016 in exchange for a conditional draft pick. Since Davis only played in two football games for the Packers before he was released on Halloween, the Chiefs will not receive any compensation from the Packers since he had to play in three football games in order for the Packers to give the Chiefs one of their draft choices. Davis is not playing for his third football team in his fourth season in the National Football League which began in 2013 as a third round draft choice in the 2013 National Football League out of Arkansas.
