Poem by Nidhi Sharma - " i don't care" It's me and I don't care ,then why do you ? I might be dark for you . But my mother calls me a queen, A fierce ,ferocious tabby. Colour was never a matter for me ,and will never be It's me and I don't care ,then why do you ? I might be short for you. But it helps me gel up with kids. They flabbergast with me,and that is happiness. I camouflage with them. Height never became a con for me ,and will never be . Well! It's me and I don't care ,then why do you? I might be fat for you. But my chubby face will bring smile on yours. Pleasing fullness of my figure makes me float with joy. My body was never a disguise for me ,and will never be. Because it's me and I don't care ,then why do you? Me being dark , short or fat should not bother you, Because it doesn't bother me or my family,nor my friends,and it shouldn't bother you . It's me and I don't care ,then why do you?
