Ed Bouchette reports the news on Thursday Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger could make his next start next Sunday afternoon at M & T Park in Baltimore Maryland versus the Baltimore Ravens. Steelers offensive coordinator Todd Haley saw Roethlisberger at a practice session on Thursday and he was impressed that Roethlisberger seemed to have recovered from his torn mensicus knee injury that sidelined him during the Steelers 27-16 loss to the New England Patriots in Week Six of the regular season. Roethlisberger was injured during the Steelers 30-15 loss in Week Five of the current regular season. The Steelers (4-3) are in first place in the American Football Conference North Division while the Ravens (3-4) are tied for second place in the same division with the Cincinnati Bengals. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said on Tuesday that Roethlisberger "could" play on Sunday. Landry Jones would serve as Roethlisberger's backup quarterback.
