Today in my nutrition class we were talking about chapter 13 which is school aged children with disabilities. Well it only took us 9 minutes to get through the entire PowerPoint. It was the fastest class I have ever had and it is all because there is construction going on in the bathrooms in the Bowman science building. Last week it was the bathroom right beside our classroom and it made having discussions in environmental ethics unbearable to have. We couldn't hear anything that any of us were saying. This week it is the bathroom that is above our classroom and we could barely here the professor talking at all. All this loud noise just for them to replace the sinks, light fixtures, and paint the entire bathroom. It is just crazy. My professor was pissed about it because they don't seem to care that class are still going on. We talked about how we didn't understand why they didn't wait until the weekend or at least until 3 - 4 pm after since majority of classes are done by 3. I have been here for three years and every year there is a new construction project going on.
