Jeff Francis: Close to a Four-Year Deal

Francis and the Rockies are nearing completion on a four-year contract worth about $13 million, the Associated Press reports. Recommendation: The deal would include a team option for 2011. The contract is not yet official and the Rockies said negotiations are still under way.
