Chinese delicacies
What I enjoy most after visiting my Chinese doctor is I get to drop by at Eng Bee Tin Chinese Bakery in Ongpin, that is just a stone thrown away from the clinic,to buy my favorite Chinese delicacies - hopia and mochi.
According to google, hopia is called bakpia pahtok in Chinese. It's origin is Indonesia.Hmmm.Interesting.
I thought it originated in China.
In the Philippines,Eng Bee Tin hopia is the best.Well, for me haha.
In the picture, i bought ube pastillas, red mongo and ube flavors. The other one is Pork kikiam (steamed pork)
I am happy that this is not included in the food that I need to abstain from.
Is there any food from other country that you really like?
