He who always looks for the fault of others

There is one politician in our country wherein he always looks at the fault of others. He sees nothing good, but only the flaws and mistakes of others. I would commend him if he did a significant contribution that can be felt by many people, but he did nothing notable for the country. With every comment and words that are coming from his mouth, it is like he is creating a rift and dividing people. I feel like he is encouraging people to hate, to look for more faults and not to see the bright side of things. I am not into politics, but these type of people make me really sad.
