What changes should I bring in myself so that other dont get jealous

It happened with me in my previous job that one of my peer got so much jealous of me that he made his life miserable for no visible reason.
I really didnt want such things.
I am a firm believer of live and let live. what if someone starts getting jealous with you how can this be stopped.

You can't change the way people feel and there is a problem with them and not you. You can't change for them because they are jealous of you.
