Making Real Friends Online?

I don't know how many women out there are like me, but I know that I have a problem making female friends. If any of you have read my past posts about bullying and just the overall issues that I've had with females in the past you will understand. I joined a website called GirlfriendSocial.com. This site is specifically designed to help women who desire to have female friends connect with each other. I have talked to a couple females on that site but we have made it as far as a friendship . I will say that it's my fault because I'm so afraid to open up to other females because I never know what angle they're coming from. For anyone else who doesn't have a problem opening up and wants more female friends go ahead and join GirlfriendSocial.com. This is not an advertisement...just trying to help others make friends .

didn't know there was a site like that...but mylot has a lovely group of women...so this would be just like that...won't it?

I could say yes but not really. Of course we can make friends here but it's not really expected because some people don't necessarily come here to make friends, maybe just to write. On GirlfriendSocial.com you can literally browse the users lengthy profiles to see if you might want to connect with them. Everyone is there for the same reason.
