To stay healthy is everyone dream in this world.We all know staying healthy can save us a lot of money bur most importantly can help us lead a comfortable life.All we need is to learn the necessary steps and tips on how to stay healthy.Lets remember that prevention is better than cures. Steps to stays healthy: 1.Eat a balanced diet each day 2.Always exercise regularly 3.Concentrate on greens and fruits 4.Avoid red meat as much as possible.

Drinking enough water for the day is also important. Enough sleep is another point. I think being healthy is bit difficult as there are many critical situations around us. Not getting good vegetables, fruits etc. The air is also polluted dangerously.... However, let us take the maximum precautions for being healthy.

It is difficult especially when it come s to taking 8 glasses of water in a day...Precaution is bette...Prevention is better than cure.
