Is Felix the cat a time lord?
why do I ask ? well if you know how the doctor who show goes the doctors space ship is bigger on the inside then the out side. Well with Felix the cat magic tricks of bag is all so bigger on the inside then the out side. This why I ask?

I haven't seen or thought of Felix the cat for awhile. I think he kind of got eclipsed by Garfield.
