On the way to Dancing Class....

Today is my elder daughters first day of the new Dancing class. Its located about 5km away from our place. So we are now on the way to the class, since husband is not here today , we are going by a tuk tuk...

i think your tuktuk is similar to our tricycle. how much do you pay for 5km? what kind of dance will she be learning?

@amandajay the minimum fare for tricycles here is 8 pesos, but you can also contract them for special trips.

Yup a 3wheeler... Actually they are not metered. But like Rs.50 per km... However He charged RS.350 fpr the trip

What is a tuk tuk? My four year old grandson stopped ballet and I am A bit disapointed with that.

@amandajay Ooh... When I lived in Jakarta, these things were called Bajaj... It's so noisy... We had to be prepared for some noise pollution when riding on one...

It is good to hear your daughter is learning dance. What type of dance?? Even I learned classical dance Bharathanatiyam but couldn't learn fully :( But still, I love Bharathanatiyam a lot.
