What will you do when you hit the rock bottom in your life? How will you tackle the situation? Will you try to stay positive even under that pressure?

I have hit rock bottom a few times in my life. Best advice I could give is stay positive and keep your support close. Someone out there will pick you up and help you out. Even if it is a stranger

There'll surely be lots of "Why?". Then there comes a choice of looking at the silverlining instead. Having supportive people around makes hitting the bottom worthwhile. You get to know who's willing to stay with you/help you all the way.
