Middle of the night
It was dark here just a little after 4pm this afternoon and it’s now close to 7:30pm and it seems like it’s been dark forever and it’s the middle of the night, oh how I hate dark nights.
It doesn’t seem like it's 7:30pm more like 2am
Do you like the day nights or do you like it staying lighter in the evening until 8/9pm? Being dark just after 4pm does make the night a long one.

I don't mind the dark night, they just seems so long.

It doesn't bother me but my kids hate it. They only get a few hours to be outside after their done with school work.

I hate this early darkness, it makes me want to go to sleep at 8pm!!

I can relate to how you feel nights are definitely getting longer. It can get dark here anywhere from about 4:30 till about 5 by 5:30 it's usually pitch black dark out and feels like is should be 8 or 9 already I guess that's why it's called long winter nights.

Yeah too right, long winter night, too long lol. but it does feel much later that it really is.
