Shopping trip

Last night the roomie and I went shopping. Oh, we just need cat food and some new sweats (pants) for me," she said. Of course we ended up with way more than that. If we had wanted JUST sweats and cat food, I should've gone in alone. Still, we did get those things, and filled up her riding cart basket as well. As we were leaving, she saw a cute night shirt. Since we stopped, I then saw some pajamas that looked soft. I got out of the cart to go touch one, I'm kind of a touchy-feely sort of person. I'm known to fondle clothing as we roll past just to see what they feel like. Oh my, they were even softer than they looked. So, I went looking for a color I like (purple.) There was one with penguins in purple. I grabbed the largest size off the rack and took it so the roomie could feel it. She was also impressed with how soft it was. It was a top, a solid color with a penguin sewn on the front. The bottoms were white with a penguin print on them and some multicolored, kind of bumpy, socks. I found the only other one in the same size and we got two - we both love purple. Since it was going to be really cold last night, I decided to sleep in mine. The arms were too long, the legs were long as well, but not as overwhelmingly long as the arms, but the socks were fine, I'd have to have had tiny feet for them to be too big, and I have big feet for my size. I lay down to relax in hopes I'll go to sleep. I was working a puzzle. The cats came up and cuddled and kneaded on me, expressing their approval of the new pjs. Then I felt some cat messing with the socks. Now, the cat didn't bite me and really didn't pull too hard on the socks, so I didn't worry overly much about it. A little later I have to get up again, and there are these little black fuzzy things on the bed. Some cat had carefully removed about a half dozen of the bumpy fuzzy things from one of the socks. Have I mentioned I have crazy cats?
