Do you consider your belly is fat ?

If you do , it is something you need to deal with. it is not just a matter of outlook or how you will fit in your dress and look better or not. It is concerning health issue as well. Some people has belly which can place a basket ball in there and it is not a very good sign for your health. I think it is hard to keep fit if you don't have the commitment to do it. I hope everyone will live in a healthy way before any disease shows up to force them to do something which maybe too late. What do you think? Share with us ?

Although I would like to have a couple of kilos less, I would not say that I am fat.

I am in my late thirties and have always been fit but a few years ago I suddenly developed belly fat. I'm not sure whether it is just 'middle age spread' or if I'm actually fat. I don't think it is really healthy but I'm also the same weight I've always been except now I have a bit of a belly roll!
