family feel bad diner

I do not want to clean up and the parents have to come to dinner. I do not have time for it .. make dinner, clean up all at once ... I feel bad; / Why I am so lazy. how best to motivate myself?

Mark out a small section to clean, say 5 minutes and do it. Then repeat again in the next hour. You'll get it done!

I'd think having company coming over should be a motivation enough to at least have some decent efforts to make the place somewhat presentable...

@speedykitty oh okay, that would solve all the problems about having to cook and to clean, I guess...
