Are you one of many, who suffer from: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)? Has the (pre-mature) darkness got you down, moody, or extra hungry?
Perhaps, you will find the linked article/guide (below), to be helpful in easing the SAD part of the season, that is, if you suffer from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder).
If you are familiar with the disorder, can you please share your thoughts or experience with it. If you can also share ways to ease the affects of when the day gets dark (early) -- that would be a plus, also.

We do not have winter in our country, so it does not affect us (SAD). But the days are shorter now and it is cooler too, it somehow affect our moods too.

You should be thankful you live in a place where there is a climatic change. Some countries does not know what is winter because they do not experience in their country. i.e Dubai - UAE etc. Enjoy and welcome the weather.
