Not for me since I prefer to eat more for my dinner. I just love to eat some nuts as a snack and I feel fine with it. How about you ?

Usually we don't have this habit here. Everyday I just have breakfast, lunch and dinner. I even hardly have night snacks today.

We don't really have a tea time, we have lunch time. Most of the time I miss it because I am asleep because I wake up super early.
