Kevin Patra reports the news on Wednesday the Indianapolis Colts will start former Green Bay Packers backup quarterback Scott Tolzien to replace Andrew Luck as the starting quarterback of the team on Thanksgiving evening when the Colts host the Pittsburgh Steelers at Lucas Oil Field in Indianapolis Indiana. Luck suffered a concussion injury on Sunday during the Colts 24-17 win over the Tennessee Titans during the second half of the game. Luck will likely make his next start on Monday December 5, 2016 versus the New York Jets. That is of course if Luck has recovered from his concussion injury in time to make his start against the Jets. The Colts promoted from their practice team quarterback Stephen Morris to serve as the backup to Tolzien during the Thanksgiving evening game.

I think he joined the Colts this year when free agency began in March.
