Hashbrown Cassarole.

Here is the first of what will probably be several posts about today and all the food that we made and ate. This is hashbrown cassarole. It is a take on my other halfs step moms recipie. Since he and his family don't talk anymore it was a little bittersweet making it and eating it today- but it was delciious. It has shredded hashbrowns, lil smokies, cream of chicken soup, queso blanco Velveeta and crispy fried onions on top of it. So gooooood.
