Everything has been done..read the paper, scrolled down the pages of Dictionary, good phrases & idioms have been noted down . But if you will be a great failure when you fail to capitulate the things you have done when they are actually in need of. What is wrong with you then? Is everything with your age or with your improper concentration ? So, what are the best techniques to adopt to increase the memory power ? Here are some awesome techniques that help to increase our brain power to recapitulate the things we do regularly.
Yeah!! people do work hard. They work in many things only to forget them in the next movement What is the use of it. Hence the best thing is to do what your brain chip can store in . This multi-tasking is of no use. Avoid doing it
Doing Pranayama (breathing exercise) will undoubtedly helpful to increase the memory of your brain. This is a simple process of inhaling and exhale which you can do for 5 minutes. More can be after getting a control on the amount of air taken in.
Doing some simple exercises will make the body fit to allow the air flow free and makes the nerves more elastic and stretchable . The result will be felt in the free and unrestricted circulation of blood to the entire upper portion of your body. which you feel great.
The enhancement of memory power can be achieved by taking an appropriate required sleep. Any tension and emotional imbalance will adversely affect your sleep. Preferring the two steps mentioned above
Added to the all above, eating should not be neglected. A regulated diet with nutritious value is more important with a lot of berries added to the regular menu list. Either they can be taken individually or by making them a part of your diet.

I eat two gels of fish oil a day , to add to what you have enumerated . So far , i noticed my memory has improved a lot ever since i began taking them maybe 2 years ago .
