I Really Like to Watch a Good Football Game - There was a good football game on the TV today - an early "Bowl Game" 'twixt the University of Houston "Cougars" football team and the Memphis "Tigers" team. Great game. Much like you would expect from all of those ferocious cats out there on the field. First one team and then the other was out in front as to the score, but at the final whistle, the Memphis rascals won the game by 4 points. It almost reminded me of a game played recently by the "Katy Tigers" (younger cats, those ! ) What was so special about the Katy school's football game was their playing the game using a real foot. I really do not know how they managed to talk their quarterback into having his foot removed in order that the game should proceed. Imagine the guy prancing around the football field tossing his own foot like that. They must have used lots of pain killers and some really fast-setting plaster for his leg cast.
