Buffalo Bills activate wide receiver Sammy Watkins from the injured reserved list

Chris Brown reports the news on Saturday the Buffalo Bills have activated from the injured reserved list wide receiver Sammy Watkins. Watkins had been placed on the injured reserved list in Week Two of the 2016 football season due to a foot injury. To make room for Watkins on the Bills 53 man roster, the Bills placed safety Robert Blanton on the injured reserved list with a foot injury that happened during the Bills win over the Cincinnati Bengals last Sunday afternoon. Since Watkins has been limited in practice this week, he will have a limited role during the football game versus the Jacksonville Jaguars at New Era Field in Orchard Park New York.
