French pastries is one of the most tricky dessert to make, it takes a lot of good technique and good hands in making an amazing pastry. For me, it is the best dessert ever in the world! I'm quite amaze on how they make it so beautiful that I could stare at it the whole time and the moment you grab a bite it's just so amazing! the sweetness is just proportion and the taste makes y heart flutter. I love Eclair, Gateaux, Millefeuille and Croissant and with a cup of coffee! its legit! seriously! I really want to learn how to make French pastries. I just so love them.
