the tale of the poor little knee

I am currently the proud owner of a poor little knee. It's been painful since Thursday. One moment it was fine, and then it suddenly wasn't. I did an awful lot of walking on Friday, which probably didn't help. When I'm poorly I tend to hit Google up. Hey, Google! I say. What's cooking? Google rolls his eyes and does a swift search for me. I think you have Rheumatoid Arthritis, he states, matter-of-factly. Or, he continues, it could be just a sprain. Maybe it's that Fibromyalgia you're always thinking you might have. Of course, it could be MS, or knee cancer, or just a result of being SO fat! But it is probably just a sprain. Try not to worry. Thanks, Google. I shall try.

I'm so sorry for your knee pain. Better you visit a specialist doctor for a quick treatment.

I don't have time for doctors! Like, literally. If it still hurts in a week I'll go and see my GP. :)

@Poppylicious I'm good at getting bruises and cuts without knowing where from

I think the walking made it worse, but I suspect I twisted it without realising on the bus on Thursday.

Yep, that did cross my mind, but I hope he hasn't come knocking at my door ... I'm too young for his visitations! :(

ah but you forgot one part... If it persists, go into full panic mode and contact a doctor immediately
