A brilliant and Perfect day suddenly came down crashing :(

My team leaders shared a lot of challenges in meeting targets... They communicated the same through a skip to my boss as well.... But is that it.... Why do people only come up with challenges and not resolutions as well.... These are mature people of my team and I expected more.... Hope tomorrow would be a better day....
