They are good for digestive system and keep your bowl movement in good condition. But one should not forget that just adding a spoon of sugar will spoil the entire benefits it is supposed to give. You mean we shouldn't put sugar to our oatmeal ? As to dark chocolate , how often and how much should we eat everyday so as to reap its maximum health benefits ?
