So, Why Haven't You Succeeded?

This doesn't seem to be a new story - in fact I think it's a few years old - but I only came across it today. A fourteen year old girl bought or got free stuff, which she then sold on Craigslist, earning $6,000. She then used this as a deposit to buy a house - a cheap one - which she then rented out. She's now apparently bought another. If a fourteen year old girl can do this, why can't you? (Or me.)
She saved up and now she has her own house at the age of 14...

Admittedly, kids do have an advantage in having little expenses, but still a decent accomplishment for someone with no job, no assets and no qualifications.

A pretty impressive achievement I think.
