Handling Anxiety?

I have major social anxiety but lately it's been worse than usual. Even just going to the store will give me anxiety, or doing things I want like hanging with friends.
My anxiety being so high is also effecting depression so I was wondering how other people overcome anxiety or at least make it more manageable?

It's hard to say, but I would say seeing a doctor for it, especially since it has gotten worse. My anxiety is a little different, where I'm more afraid of bad things happening (whether it's losing my work from home job or being robbed). Either way, it sucks. :( I saw a doctor for it years ago, but we can talk more about that in private if you want.

I will be interested to hear the answers as my daughter suffers a lot. I find it hard because I am social and laid back. The one thing I dobunderstabd is true anxiety disorders arr not the same as just feeling a bit more anxious than most

I think you need to be more open anc have more conversation with other people...share things with other people...
