Found some pocket change

We felt so broke yesterday after we paid the electric bill. I went to one of the tenants and he said it was a bad time since he also paid another land lord. Another tenants hasn't been keeping up with their payments and owe us more than a hundred dollars already 
I kept telling her to cut them off since there's a similar franchise already.
I couldn't sleep knowing we have no money that day until I checked that small drawer in the closet. There I saw ten bucks, a left over from my dad's money he gave me months back, which i totally forgot 
Looks like I'll survived for another couple of days
