What Is Your Favorite Fictional Character?

United States

This can be from any source. Movies, TV, Fairy Tales or whatever. I guess my favorite character is Cinderella. I always like a good romance story. There have been several live action movies about a Cinderella type character and I’ve seen them all. I just watched one on Netflix a few weeks ago. It was great! The special effects were really good. I love a happy ending and a “happy ever after”story. Pure fantasy.

@shaynas How old is he? Yes, you would want him to be old enough to enjoy all the things that he will see when he goes.

Yeah, happy endings may not be in vogue right now, but who wants these bleak endings we see more and more of on TV and movies?! I guess my favorite character is, oddly, the character Sophia from The Golden Girls, played by Estelle Gerry. Truthfully, I loved all of them. I was too young when the show first aired, but I saw reruns on cable. I now have all 7 seasons on DVD!

I enjoy the Golden Girls reruns also. That show had some really good script writers.

I like Tiana from the Princess and the Frog. She is the working hard and believing in herself kinda character. As a child i loved Cinderella...but now that i don't want a prince to live my happily ever after... my favorate has changed. Still like the movie though...because of the memories.

Let me tell you a good story. I wrote a Romance novel and the main male character, who is very, very handsome is named CARLOS. My novel has been published and you can find in on lulu.com under my name: Alice Henry I thought you might like to know that. I love the name of Carlos.
