Monthly Targets Not Met.... :(

Sometimes you just try so hard at something. ... get so prepared for something but still do not find success.... you fail at it.
And when that happens it's painful and very disappointing....For the second month in a row my team was unable to meet the targets....
The team is very disappointed but have asked them to not give up but stand up again and overcome....But who will tell this to me ? I am in self doubt.....

Every success comes from history of failures. As long as you and your team don't give up, success will always be right there in front of you. But the moment you give up, then that's what you call a real failure.
You can still do it. Tomorrow is another day.

There will be days or months when it seem as though all is falling apart but I think you can turn that to be your motivation as well and strive harder next time. Cheer up!

That Kokil... I work for a financial Services company and the recent govt. Regulations have got the better of us....sleepless nights is all I can say.....
