How would you deal with those tough interpersonal relationship in your work place ?

It is not easy to work in a place where you will find lots of complicated relationship among each other. If you have a work place where everything seems perfect , then it is surely a grace for you. Frankly speaking, it really depends on where you work and what kind of job you are doing ? However, no matter where you work and whatever job you do. You need to know how to deal with some tough people or gossip as well. Share with us about your experience then.

this is easy, i only interact with them if i need to. because while i may have to interact with you during work hours , i dont have to acknowledge you at all during the off hours.

I know that office gossip is common and I participate in it too. It shouldn't be the case though if it can be avoided.

Oooh I have had to deal with some thick headed numskulls. I'm a freelance screenwriter so some of the people I have had to talk to, I tell you I wish I could just grab their face through the screen and slam it against a keyboard. but seeing as I am still a starting out screenwriter, I need to keep things professional haha and keep them happy
