Denver Broncos claim free agent RB Justin Forsett off waivers

Former Detroit Lions running back Justin Forsett who was released by the team two days has landed on his feet with the defending Super Bow champions the Denver Broncos on Monday. Forsett will reunite with his former coach Gary Kubiak who is the current head coach of he Denver Broncos. Due to injuries to running back Kapri Bibbs who suffered a high ankle sprain during the Broncos win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday which placed him on injured reserve for the rest of the 2016 football season. Forsett, 31, will be an insurance policy for the defending Super Bowl champions who are currently in third pace in the American Football Conference West Division standings with a record of 8-4.
