Blood sugar means the amount of glucose present in the blood which is transported from the liver to the other body cells via the bloodstream with the help of the Insulin which again will be produced by the Pancreas glands.
If the body fails to metabolize the glucose in the foods, the amount of glucose in the blood raises. Hence in order to maintain a balance in the metabolism we need to do some physical exercise, change the diet and by altering the lifestyle itself. The foods that are very helpful to maintain the balance in the metabolism are;
1. Cherry fruits, 2. Nuts and Cashews as they have high HDL , 3. Cinnamon_ this can be used either using the seeds in the food items or sprinkling some powder over the food 4. Adding garlic to the diet list 5.Blueberries
Besides including the above it is often necessary to take up physical exercises appropriate to the one's own age.
Doing yoga: simple yoga but not power yoga or hot yoga
meditation: Meditation by closing your eyes for 5 minutes after waking up.
walking: is needed for the people above 50 and jogging for those below 45 (of course depends on the health condition of each person). The consultation with the physician is always safe.
Adding fruits to the diet is the best way to maintain metabolic imbalance

i Love fruits . Now that i am just trimming my a bit protruding tummy , i just eat an aplle for dinner and just drink lots of water . So far , i can see and feel my tummy has a bit flattened . I hope i can achieve a faltter stomach for our Christmas party on the 16th .
