Parole is given to any prisoners as long as they will behave well, which means that these prisoners are still supervised and when they are found to be committing a crime, they will be arrested to continue the imprisonment. What's your take on it?

It's one way of giving a chance to those prisoners who were reformed to be good citizens already . At least , the prisoners have the chance of having a parole if they will continue being good inside the prison cell .

From what I know, in some countries, there is such a thing" with no possibility of parole" in their sentencing, it really depends on what country.

I don't think so. Some judgements say prison without parole. Though i am not sure about what classifies it.
