The anniversary of the murder of John Lennon, the only celebrity death that made me feel as many Americans must have felt on learning of the JFK assassination (I was just a year old then). It was raining very heavily when I set off for work as usual at 5.30 am, and obvious on arrival that once again it was going to be a day of reduced hours. Yeah, funny how this is the world we live in now. I am not sure how they expect people to survive with this new mindset. Then they expect you to kiss their butt also because they gave you a job and one should be so fortuntate. Anyway, could go on about the we our out for ourselves society all day long. Sad day when this man was assassinated. Ideas are indeed dangerous, even if they were well intentioned. Drives many crazy for some reason. It is true some just like being miserable.
