Hi there - yes they are quite harmful on your health. They cause alot of dental problems. People have been on tv complaining on what it's doing to their health - oh and yes very very addictive too!

i think yes they are, and there's also news that they contain small amounts of carcinogenic or cancer causing substances too...so, i ve stopped having them long back,a nd i advise all my closest friends to stop drinking them too...
