I am lazy, i don't like go to GYM or walking outside one hour .I feel that take long time , i like stay at home or working in my backyard. i know sit long time is not good for me, i want to do exercise. I am not interest do some sports equipments so i choose jump to do exercise. First day i can jump100 times, and now i can jump 200 times. I feel good for my body. My goal is jump 300 times each day. Next i will do yoga, It is the good way for my body. I think the best way is go to GYM take exercise, There are many kinds of classes ,professional coach, also swimmimg pool is big enough.

Hahahahaa.... i'm a 'couch-potato' kind of person myself. I guess dancing is another easy and amazing way to keep up with a good shape.

I would not worry about the gym.Your doing fine there. The goal is keep moving. You can do more at home than the gym .Some liked it and some do not.But keep moving.

As long as you're moving your body, that's good... I need to exercise more myself... Right now I only do some walking as form of exercise, and it's not even an hour worth of walking sometimes...

You can do some exercise in your home. Just keep it up and be healthy. It's a good habit.
