I am intending to make some plum jelly. I don´t know if it will work, but if it doesn´t work with just sugar, I´ll add some gelatine. I once made some, but it has been several years ago. Leticia asks me why we are doing all this work. She is right, of course. Both of us like salty things to eat and should not eat many sweet food by doctor´s orders. It is just that I cannot let all that fruit go to waste. Now I´m begging all my aquaintances to come and pick fruit.
