I mean, the media is saying: Point blank: That Putin was behind a major hack that helped Trump but hurt Clinton and by the way they are talking about things, it will not be possible realistically to allow Donald Trump to become the next US President.
The facts are coming in at record speed and with recent news I am having to wonder, at what point, will there be a major effort at a recount in all 50 states in a way that would not be effected by hackers from Russia?
Where does truth begin and where do all the lies end?

True they have been lying so much no one really knows what the truth is. I also heard a former Top Dog of the Cia say exactly what you said. They need to revote in all 50 states.
